Abhishek Sharma is the Founding President of the Career Catalyst Club (CCC) at Goel Institute of Technology & Management, Lucknow. He established the club with a clear vision: to empower students by bridging academic learning with career development, literary engagement, and professional growth opportunities.
Dr. Nikhat Akhtar is a distinguished faculty member in the Department of Data Science at Goel Institute of Technology & Management, Lucknow. With a strong academic background and expertise in computer science and data-driven technologies, she plays a pivotal role in guiding students toward excellence in both research and applied learning.

The Operations & Outreach Lead is responsible for planning, coordinating logistics, and managing club operations to ensure the smooth execution of all Career Catalyst Club events and activities. This role oversees event setups, student communication, and guidance, while also supporting anchoring and outreach during programs. By combining organizational efficiency with strong interpersonal skills, the Operations & Outreach Lead plays a vital part in maintaining the club’s professional standards and ensuring every initiative runs seamlessly.

Oversees the technical aspects of club initiatives including the digital platform, tools, and technology-driven events. I work with and build on top of Large Language Models (LLMs), explore AI agent frameworks like LangChain, and use Generative AI tools daily to automate workflows, accelerate learning, and solve real problems. My goal is to grow into an AI Engineer — someone who doesn't just understand AI in theory, but ships intelligent systems in practice. What I bring to the table: - AI & ML: Python, Scikit-Learn, NLP, TF-IDF, Sentiment Analysis, Fake News Detection - Generative AI: LangChain, LLM APIs, Vertex AI, Gemini API, Multimodal RAG, Prompt Engineering - Data: Power BI, Tableau, MS Excel, Data Modeling, Data Cleaning, Data Visualization - Tools: Streamlit, GitHub Copilot Agent, VS Code, GitHub - Security: IT Security Assessments, Ethical Hacking, Cisco Cyber Security Essentials Real experience (not just coursework): - Built end-to-end NLP projects at Codec Technologies (Data Science Intern) - Completed AI/ML internship with AICTE & Edunet Foundation - Worked on data analytics simulations with Deloitte Australia and Tata Group - Conducted IT security assessment simulation at Goldman Sachs Certified by McKinsey & Company, Google (Gemini, Vertex AI, Cloud), IBM, Deloitte, and more — 26+ certifications across AI, data, cybersecurity, and engineering. I believe the best way to learn AI is to build with it — so that's exactly what I do every day.
