The Career Catalyst Club (CCC) at GITM Lucknow is a student-led initiative that builds career readiness through mentorship, expert workshops, and peer collaboration. It rewards top contributors each semester and aims to expand nationwide — turning classroom learning into real-world career success.

Our Mission

To empower every GITM student with the skills, connections, and confidence needed to launch a successful career. We achieve this through structured events, industry interaction, literary activities, and a strong peer community — making career development accessible to all.

Our Vision

To become the leading student career development network across Career Catalyst Program–affiliated institutions nationwide. Within 18 months of our launch, we aim to expand to at least two more universities, creating a collaborative ecosystem of career-ready professionals.

Governance & Affiliation

Official College Body

Career Catalyst Club is officially recognized and approved by the Director of Goel Institute of Technology & Management, Dr. Rishi Asthana. The club is open to all enrolled students and operates under the oversight of the Director's office.

Career Catalyst Program Affiliation

CCC operates under the Career Catalyst Program — an initiative to foster engineering and career excellence across affiliated institutions. All major events and activities are coordinated in alignment with Career Catalyst Program guidelines.

Leadership Structure

The club is led by the Club President and guided by a Faculty Mentor from the Department Computer Science of Data Science. A structured leadership team — including College Ambassador, Operations Lead, and Technical Lead — ensures smooth execution of all activities. Major decisions require Director approval.
